ULI Introduction
This program aims to upgrade for cross-cultural faced leadership for the Korean peninsula and world through
- Inter-culturing Research Program: researching and understanding multi-cultural contexts to the different cultural settings for the Korean peninsula and immigrants,
- Inter-communicating program: assisting education to use the inter-cultural communication skills for being a greater leadership or conflicting leaders of the Korean peninsula,
- Inter-networking program: making fellowship with another countries people and different generations by educational networking training for an unification mind internationally,
- Inter-generating scholarship program: leading second generation by sharing scholarship award for future leaders in the multi-cultural settings,
- Inter-building leader program: building the next generation of social and world leaders in the multi-cultural settings.
- And Inter-re-educating leaders program: re-training contemporary cultural education to instructor-leaders
for inter-cultural leadership in community and all nations as a social developmental organization by improving the quality of communication skills to leaders with weakness in the multi-cultural settings.
Vision
This program has owned new vision of the weakness of leadership as cross-cultural leaders in the multi-cultural settings up to now.
The orientation of new approaching trials required by contemporary contextualization of leadership will see that the value of new incarnational efforts, new take-caring methods that will be shared by participating all, and will make you see it as an inter-cultural communication methods to open up a new leadership world toward a multi-cultural settings.
