1. Inter-culturing Program: researching and understanding multi-cultural contexts to the different cultural settings for the Korean peninsula and immigrants.
상대와 문화소통연구하기 프로그램: 한반도와 이민자들을 위하여 다른 문화권에 대한 복합문화의 맥락 연구하고 이해하기 

This program is designed to understand to different cultural contexts of all humanities include Korean – American culture for the weakness immigrants and the leaders of the Korean peninsula without knowledge about cultures in the multi-cultural settings. This educational and counseling program aim to have good feelings to the orders through an understanding to the anthropology in the communities.

본 프로그램은 복합문화권 안에서 사는 문화들에 대한 지식이 없는 약자 이민자들과 한반도 지도자들을 위하여 코리안 아메리칸들을 포함한 모든 인류의 다른 문화 맥락들에 대하여 이해하게 하도록 하는 과정이다. 본 교육과 상담 프로그램은 커뮤니티들 안에서 문화 인류학에 대한 이해함을 통하여 타인들에 대하여 좋은 감정을 가지게 하는데 있다.

2. Inter-communicating Program: assisting education to use the inter-cultural communication skills for being a greater leadership or conflicting leaders of the Korean peninsula.

상대와 의사소통하기 프로그램: 위대한 리더십의 주인공이 되고자 하는 자나 한반도의 갈등하는 리더들을 위하여 교차문화 의사소통기술을 사용하는 교육 지원하기

This program is designed to promote skills of inter-cultural communication and Inter-cultural conflict resolving for conflicting immigrants and leaders of the Korean peninsula from a different people through Inter-cultural communication education and counseling. And to train in order to communicate inter-cultural leaders who have confidence of self-identification with personally righteous qualification.

본 프로그램은 교차문화 의사소통 교육과 상담을 통하여 타민족과 대화의 갈등을 겪고 있는 지도자들이 되고자 하는 이민자들과 한반도 지도자들에게 교차문화 의사소통법과 교차문화 갈등해소 기술을 증진시키어 주는 과정이다. 또한 자기 정체성에 확신을 가지는 교차문화에 있는 지도자들을 의사소통적으로 훈련되게 하고 의로운 품격도 가지도록 돕는 교육과정이다.

3. Inter-networking Program: making fellowship with another countries people and different generations by educational networking training for a unification mind in the multi-cultural settings internationally.

상대와 네트워크 연결하기 프로그램: 복합문화권에서 국제적으로 통일 정신을 지니도록 교육적인 네트워킹 훈련을 통하여 다른 나라 사람들과 다른 세대들과 함께 친교 하게 하기

This program is designed to promote skills of inter-cultural communication for conflicting leaders and older people with cultural shocking through contemporary sns networking.

And to assist to be able to communicate with international leaders.

본 프로그램은 최근의 SNS 네트워킹을 통하여 문화 충격에 있는 갈등하는 지도자들이나 나이든 분들을 위하여 교차문화 의사소통의 기술을 향상하도록 하는 교육과정이다.

또한 국제 지도자들과 함께 커뮤니케이션을 할 수 있도록 돕는 과정이다.

4. Inter-generating Scholarship Program: leading leadership of second generation by sharing scholarship award for future leaders in the multi-cultural settings.

차세대 장학금 연결하기 프로그램: 복합문화권의 이민자들의 미래 지도자들을 위하여 장학금 상을 주어서 2세대 지도력을 인도하기

This program is designed to promote younger leadership through take a scholarship award to immigrant students for voluntary works, leadership services, and academic merit.

And to assist to be able to upgrade through educational events and challenge toward future.

본 프로그램은 이민자 학생들에게 봉사 사역한 것, 리더십 봉사한 것, 그리고 성적이 탁월한 것에 대하여 장학금 상을 받도록 젊은 리더십을 상승시키는 과정이다.

또한 미래를 향하여 교육적 이벤트와 도전들을 통하여 업그레이드 되게 하는 과정이다.

5. Inter-building leader program: building the next generation of social and world leaders in the immigrants’ multi-cultural settings.

상대와 통하는 차세대 지도자 세우기 프로그램: 이민 복합문화권에서 사회적이고 세계적인 차세대 지도자들을 세우기

This program is designed to promote for building of inter-building next generation leadership through training of inter-cultural communication skills and training of international leadership for social and world leaders in the immigrants’ multi-cultural settings

본 프로그램은 이민자들의 복합문화권에서 사는 사회적이고 세계적인 지도자들을 위하여 교차문화 의사소통 기술 훈련과 국제 지도력의 훈련을 통하여 교차 차세대 지도력을 세우는데 상승시키는 과정이다.

6. Inter-re-educating Leaders Program: re-training contemporary cultural education to instructor-leaders.

그리고 상대와 통하는 지도자 재교육 프로그램: 강사 지도자들을 위하여 당대의 문화교육을 재 훈련하기

This program is designed to promote for re-educating to guides and instructors according to the contemporary contexts of advanced multi-cultural settings

본 프로그램은 발전하는 복합문화권의 최근의 시대적 맥락에 따르도록 가이드 강사들을 재교육을 향상시키는 지도자 과정이다.
